carpe diem academy ;; located in the w i n d y city; founded in the year of 1 8 7 0 by Alejandro DeMonte, a sincere a r t - enthusiast.
a private, Latin-based, co-ed school for a n y art form imaginable.
basic morals, principles, and discipline with a modern t w i s t ; newer buildings, systems, et cetera.
oh and one more thing,
the c l i q u e s run the place. The fall semester is about to begin in Carpe Diem Academy, meaning the days counting down to the end of summer is ticking away.
Despite that, everything is going accordingly: the city beats in the rhythm of the people going through it. The greenery in the parks sway lazily with the fragrance of flowers in full bloom; the lake lurches with life, ships cutting through the water, foamy white bubbles surrounding it. Everything seems bliss.
Among these events, the students of Carpe Diem go through their daily lives. Most just lounge around, ranging from their homes to the library, or even the parks and beaches. There are those who are more productive: from going to their first jobs, digging a hole, teaching children to make crafts, to volunteering, camping, getting their drivers permit, and so on. Balancing these occupations practically leaves them with no social life. That doesn't seem fit, especially in a modern time of cell phones and internet...
So when the sun goes down— it changes, around here.
Students meet and do what they do best: cause havoc. Nothing to the extremes but teenagers, together, do stupid interesting things. From streetcar racing and gambling, to summer romances and affairs, to live performances and clubbing, they try it all. Don't forget the 'what should be known as raves' last through out the whole night: alcohol, drugs, sex, pounding music, bodies thrashing against each other- all of it is done under one roof.
The sunlight is supposed to reveal things to the naked eye but for the students of Carpe Diem, the night does.
So take a chance, do something thrilling before school starts. Why don’t you just—
