Why?: "I met Lila in class freshman year. Marine Biology is not a huge major at Hastings, so it was awesome to see someone else with my major. I was excited at the prospect of making a friend. Lila wasn't as talkative or open as I first thought by my impression. I was cool with that though, since I have a hard time meeting people anyhow. Eventually we began to talk and study together and over time we found out we have a lot in common. Lilly is now the girl I go to when I need some time away from the crazy life in college. We both enjoy the peace and quiet of the ocean, and when my brother Tony comes into town I always offer to take her out in our boat. I am happy to say that after almost three years of classes and homework and study sessions together we have a great relationship.
