Adrianna bit the inside of her cheek, preventing herself from giving him a smart reply to his words. That was one problem with Adrianna, when she was angry, she stayed angry for a bit, and often couldn't withhold smart comments. However, she tried her best to stop those. "If you say so." Was her simply reply, attempting to avert her eyes. However, it was hard, for he attracted attention easily, and she couldn't stop herself from looking back at him. However, she didn't catch his little pet name.
At his reply about dress, she sighed in relief. Most Italian restaurants she went to required nice dress. Well, decent dress at least. Not a tank top with ripped and dirty jeans, for sure. "Well, that's good. I've never been here, and all the Italian places I've been too would never let me wear this there. Well, they would, but they would glare and scowl at me or something." She told him, grinning.
Adrianna followed him to the door, which he opened for her, eliciting a smile from her. She did like guys that were gentlemen. Those idiots that put themselves before a girl were jerks, and probably couldn't keep a girl, unless the girl was an idiot. The guys that opened the door for a girl were the kind of male Adrianna liked, and wanted. Not that she was considering him, or anything.
Upon entering, she noticed a waiter looking her up. Dri's brown eyes lowered into a glare at him, and he turned away. But upon looking behind her at Ian, she noticed him glaring at the man as well. Now, who was it that sent the man to do his duty, was the question. The man lead them to a table, and Adrianna plopped down on the seat. She grabbed the menu, and started to look it over, occasionally peeking over the top at Ian, who sat across from her.

Ian sat his menu to the side, he had a usual and the cooks have probably already began cooking it. He was a huge fan of speggetti, buttered noodles and just enough sauce to accent it. He crossed his arms on the table and looked at Dri seductively. His left eyebrow slightly raised as he watched her look at the menu. She just seemed so innocent to Ian.. And that kinda turned him on. Dri was way cute and had a gorgeous smile. Kissable lips for sure.... He sighed as the thought ran threw his mind.
He looked up at the waiter and licked his lips, "I'll just take the usual, pepsi.." He turned toward Dri and gestured at the waiter, "You can have whatever you want. It's on me, love." He smiled sexily.

Adrianna noticed that pretty much as soon as Ian sat down and grabbed his menu, he put it down. He must come here often... she thought, looking down at the menu. The choice of foods was extensive, and a great many selections of foods that Adrianna adored. They had many types of pasta, but they also had other things. She didn’t know what to get.
That question was soon answered, for she needed to order her drink first. When Ian ordered Pepsi, she scrunched her nose. She, personally, was not a fan of Pepsi, not one bit. Sure, she did like some other Pepsi products, like Dr. Pepper, but not Pepsi itself. But, it was too far north to find a lot of Dr. Pepper, really. So, Adrianna simply said, “Coke, please.” A contrast of drinks, it was. She turned to Ian. “I must thank you, I assume for the treat?” She questioned, raising an eyebrow inquisitively.

Ian waved his hand mildly as though brushing the thought away. "No need to thank me. I asked you if you wanted to join me for a bite of eat, so it's my job to pay. I don't care in the least bit, mind you." He smiled charmingly at her just as the waiter sat their drinks down in front of them. The waiter nodded toward Ian and Ian nodded back. That was Ian's way of ordering his food. He grinned at Dri and cocked his head to the side. "Figured out what you wanted? The pasta is excellante. I'm sure you'll like it, if you can't make up your mind." His voice was soft. No hint of annoyance or impatience, just the usual kind, helpful tone.
((Crappy post, I'm really sorry!))

Adrianna grinned. "Well, that is true. But still, thank you for inviting me in the first place." She told him, smiling. Then the drinks arrived. Adrianna rolled her eyes slightly again at his drink preference, and sipped her Coke. Most places didn't have both Coke and Pepsi products, but this place did, as she had seen it on the menu, and she was glad for that.
Adrianna noticed the two nod at each other. He must come here alot for them to know so much. But it was slightly amusing, and Dri had to stifle a small giggle. She looked down at the menu quickly. "Uhm, I think I'll have the....shrimp alfredo, please." She said, smiling. She gently laid the menu in front of the waiter, and turned to Ian. "Nice Italian accent." She stated, grinning. That accent was very amusing, in her opinion.

Ian noted her choice in drink. Cola... he never really liked the stuff unless it was mixed with alcohol of some sort. He preferred pepsi when it was just to drink plain. He took a drink from the thick glass and grinned. "It's my pleasure, I'm sure." He smiled sexily and sat his drink down to the side. "So, why Cola?" He asked amusedly.
He licked his lips casually. Shrimp alfredo wasn't exactly his favorite. He didn't really like shrimp. The crunching that occured when you bit into it just drove him insane. He wrinkled his nose slightly and took another drink of his pepsi. He chuckled softly at her comment on his makeshift accent. "Yeah, I practice daily." He laughed softly and ran his hand threw his sandy blonde hair. "Do you party at all?" He asked rather innocently. He wasn't sure if she ever partied, but he was hoping that she did. She would be rather fun to party with, he was sure.

Adrianna noticed him look funnily at her drink. So, apparently Ian didn’t like Coke just as she didn’t like Pepsi. “If you say so.” She replied, grinning. For some odd reason, he just wanted to make her smile, odd, really. “Well, because I dislike Pepsi. Besides, I wanted some kind of cola.” She replied, raising an eyebrow in question.
Adrianna giggled at his expression that he made at her choice. “What’s wrong with shrimp alfredo?” She asked him, tilting her head questioningly. “It’s perfectly delicious.” She stated. “And as for your accent, I can tell. Maybe you could go to Italy or something, they’d probably welcome you right in.” She laughed at the thought, her eyes twinkling.
The question about partying caught her off guard. She really wasn’t a party girl. Sure, she’d been to a couple with her brother, but it wasn’t very exciting for her. Millions of people around her she didn’t know? Didn’t think so. “Eh, I’ve been to a couple with my brother in high school, but not really. I’ve never been a party animal....” Well, it was because of her shyness. She knew she was shy, but she was attempting to cure it. Partying usual meant discomfort for her. Really, under normal circumstances, she would hardly be talking to him, so why was she spilling her guts to him? Something about him just wanted to make her talk to him.
