Ian quickly grabbed for his ball as it was knocked from his fingers. He smirked sexily, watching her closely. She was going to play hard to get, yeah? Well he was excellent at that game. His eyes traveled down to her hips then back up to her face. He walked over to her casually, getting quite close to her. He leaned forward just enough that their noses were about an inch apart. One of his record making moves. He tossed his ball to the side and grinned. His voice was quiet and silky, "You haven't seen anything yet."
He quickly grabbed her ball from her side and dribbled towards the basket. He did a swift lay-up and smirked. "And that would be two points for me?" He grabbed the ball and dribbled it inbetween his legs. He licked his lips and gave her a sexy little grin. "If you want it, come and get it."

Ari, in all of her infinite brillance, did not go straight back to the basketball court to look for Sofia. She figured the girl would have left after almost an hour. Instead she went to the locker room after peering in the window of the weight room. Sof had gotten her in there once and she was not repeating the experience. She actually fainted from the smell of stale body odor.
After not finding her friend in either place, Ari took enough time to put on her pink sweatpants, neatly rolled once at the legs, before leaving the locer room again. This time she brought her pink gym bag with her. It was probably the cheapest thing she owned, seeing as she rarely used it. Even the princess of accessories knew when to draw the line at spending. The bag in question was actually a Target beach bag in a baby pink that, yes, matched her sweatpants.
Finally she headed to the basketball court again, expecting to see Sofia by herself. Instead she was surprised to see a very shirtless good looking guy inches from her. She watched him grab the sophmore's basketball and do a lay-up. It seemed they were about to play.
As quietly as possible she slipped into the gym, and sat down on the bleachers against the wall. She would wait for the finish of this game to see if talking to Sofia was a good idea or not. If the girl lost, there was no way in hell Ari would be around her. Sofia Davis did not like to lose.

It was awkward having Ian so close to her face. She could feel his breath hitting her with every single word he spoke. He had eyes that were even more dazzling up close, and that was a hard fact to ignore. It didn't matter that the Sofia Davis Trademark Competitiveness was being knocked into high gear and she was determined to kick his ass in this little pick-up game, the butterflies still took a quick loop or two through her stomach. "You're right I haven't. Is there anything to see?" Her words matched his silkiness, one of the lawyer tricks she had picked up from her father.
'That will be the last easy basket he gets. Lucky move.' Sofia made the mental promise at the knowledge that Ian had used her moment of weakness to take a swift basket. He had dumb luck and obvious strength. She had skill and determination. Her eyes moved from Ian's face to the bouncing orange ball. Her focus honed and she moved like lightning to be in front of him, crouched low in a defense position. Blocking would be hard since he had about 5 inches on her. Sofia's best bet was to get the ball and keep control of it. "Lucky two. Perhaps you're only two." The taunts weren't mean, but said low and with eyes blazing.
Sofia and Ian moved together for a minute in a defensive dance, one protecting the coveted ball and the other gliding to get it. The girl of the court could see how the confidence came up in Ian's deadly orbs. She wasn't sure if it was confidence of the ball game or the game he was playing with her. Either way she did a swift turn and had the ball before it bounced beside him. Moving around him with a wink she was at the corner of the three line and making a swishing shot. She didn't celebrate until the ball was back in her hands, bouncing steadily against the waxed floor.
"That is three for me, and possession. If you want it you are going to have to come and get it too." This time the taunt was obvious.

"My only two?" Ian smirked giving his gorgeous features an even hotter look. He bounced the ball, moving along with Sofia. It was as though they were dancing. His eyes fallowed her every move, trying to catch her next decision. Having never really played basketball, Ian was at a loss for all the nifty little plays.
He blinked at the realization that the ball and Sofia were now at the three point line. He shook his head and bit his bottom lip. He watched the ball fly over his head and make a perfect swish. His jaw dropped in amusement. Damn this girl was good. He grinned, and ran after her. He stopped swiftly infront of her and licked his lips. He ran a hand threw his hair before sticking his hands out on either side of him. He looked down upon her easily. "You win, I'll be your bitch for the rest of the day. I win, you do on a date with me. Deal?"
While he watched her think about the answer, he reached for the ball, smacking it away from her. He grabbed for it, snatching it quickly. He turned and aimed for the basket, taking a stance to shoot. He shot it, hoping that it made it in. He really wanted that date.

Sofia smiled at his amusement. This was a guy who really just played to play. He didn't do the crazy tricks and stereotypical plays that came from being on the court for 12 years. He was a street baller and likely only played with friends when it was fun. Her eyes followed his body as he tried to guess her moves and defend her. This is where her size was an advantage, since she could move faster than the taller and more solidly built man before her.
Used to ignoring the comments of other players on the court, Sofia almost missed Ian's interesting proposition. When the words finally went through processing in her brain she had to phyiscally remind herself to keep playing. Ian was propositioning her on the basketball court, and it was for something as simple as a date. "Bitch for a day or a date..." The words trailed off as Ian took that moment of thought to steal the ball and mindlessly shoot it. He didn't even line up the shot correctly, so it bounced off the backboard and right back into his hands.
Sofia stood straighter for a second as she moved to guard him again, still intent on having the ball back in her possession. "It seems as if your deal is a win-win for me but a win-lose for you. Is that really fair?" A small hand swatted out and tried to gain the ball. The orange sphere stayed in bounce in front of Ian, so Sofia pulled her eyes up to his face. They were almost level with each other.

Ian sighed heavily as the ball bounced off of the backboard and back into his strong hands. He turned quickly, seeing Sofia right on him. This girl was intense, he had to give her that much. She was in it to win, that's for sure. He bounced the ball infront of him, watching her intently. "Yes, it is a win-win for you. If you don't think it's fair on my end, what else do you have in mind?" He asked seductively.
He moved the ball just as she tried to hit it from him. She looked up at him as he looked down upon her, their eyes meeting. He licked his lips promptly and turned, dribbling right towards the basket. He jumped and slam dunked it again. He grabbed the ball and dribbled back towards the top of the key. "That's another two for me. I'm pretty sure I'm winning now."
Ian chuckled casually. He screwed around with the ball, dribbling it in and out of his legs. He looked Sofia up and down again, losing the ryhthem of the ball, causing it to bounce back behind him. Crap! He turned quickly to see if he could catch it in time.

Sofia's casual smile warmed at Ian's tone of voice. It was fun to have someone to just flirt with, and the man being rather good looking was simply a wonderful plus. "If you win you'll get your date." The matter-of-fact tone she used had a light air to it, "But when I win..."
Her statement was cut off by Ian making his move and slam dunking another ball. Sofia raised to her full height and put hands on her hips as she watched him hang from the steady metal rim for a moment. He swung down to the ground and captured the boucing ball. Ian was finally realizing that he had to keep the ball to win, he was realizing that Sofia didn't back down. Her legs automatically moved to meet him at the top of key, her orbs intensely watching the ball again. "Two points for making it in the basket, but that is a negative four for style. That is lame." She laughed at him as he took her comment to heart and started to show off.
Sofia took a small step back and thought, 'Wait for it...' Sure enough the strong blonde haired man lost control of the ball and Sofia had it within her hands in seconds, turning and making the shot from the corner of the box easily. "No Ian, I am winning." She smirked as she dribbled the ball, "And when I win this game you'll learn to play real ball. That's my side of the deal. I win and I teach you to be a real player, not just a man with flair." She continued to dribble and lined up for another shot.

"I'd still like that date though." Ian winked sweetly, watching Sofia's every move. He would like to know how to play real basketball, and he would be able to chill with her for a lot longer than if they went on a date. The thought of just letting her win flashed into his head. He then greatly shook that thought to the back of his mind because if he lost he would have all pride fallen.
He cocked his head to the side and grinned, "Oh, but I'm gorgeous, so that gives me my four points back, yeah?" He smirked happily. As he lost the ball, he watched Sofia grab for it and shoot again. He rolled his eyes and shook his head. "Yes, I would say you are winning."
As she turned to shoot again, Ian ran up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist. He picked her up and spun her around, setting her down quickly and grabbing the ball. He chuckled softly and dribbled the ball towards the hoop, leaving her behind him.

"Maybe we could work something out to include your date." Sofia laughed lightly. She couldn't remember when she had this much quasi-innocent fun with a near stranger. She was so intent on the game and the guy that she had yet to notice her cotton candy color clad friend sitting in the stands watching the game meticulously. Sofia thought about loosening up and letting Ian win just so they would have that date and wherever that may lead to. Then she came to her sense and realized that there would be a bruised pride and anger that would make her friends unable to hold conversation with her for days. No, there would be no easy win for Ian.
After making her shot and dribbling for a second Sofia turned back to her competition, "I guess you can have your points back. You are pretty." Her smile was teasing and cheesy, light and easy as it was aimed toward him. Her body turned slightly as he moved toward her, she was an instinctive player, but here face stayed trained on him. He was good at his game, an all-star in his own right. Miss Davis was determined to give him a run for his money.
A shocked little "EEP!" escpaed Sofia's mouth as she was spun around and around. The momentary dizzy feeling allowed Ian to take the ball from her limp hands. Sofia took half a second to regain her sense of gravity and the world before launching herself in the muscular boy's direction and jumping on his back, reaching over his should to take the ball and using his height to dunk it.
Hanging from the rim she unlocked her legs from his side and smile snakily. "Thanks for the help Ian!" As she dropped to the ground Sofia said, "I believe the score is now seven to four."

As soon as Ian went to shoot, he felt a light load on his back. He paused long enough for Sofia to take the ball from him. His mouth dropped as she he looked up to her hanging above him. "Yeah, no problem." He licked his lips, grinning smoothly. "We better work that date into the deal some how, because I have a feeling I'm going to be learing the real trade of basketball."
He fallowed her down to the ground, a malitious grin on his face. "I believe you are right." He reached down and picked her up. "You know, all I have to do is this..." He threw her over his shoulder and grabbed the ball. He threw it into the basket. "And I do believe the score is now 7 to 6." He grabbed the ball again and threw it into the basket once more. "And I do believe I'm winning once again." He spun around a few times with Sofia still on his shoulder, his arms wrapped around her knees. He chuckled softly.

As Ari watched the game she smiled slightly. It made her feel better that her friend was able to laugh and tease this boy. It meant they were both going to be fine with each other. This game was doing them both good, especially with a half naked hottie running around.
When Sofia jumped on his back, Ari was at the edge of her seat. She anticipated him to do something. When he threw her over his shoulder, Ari was on her feet and on the court. As he spun with her, Ari stuck out her newly manicured hand and struck his shoulder. She bounced back, but throughly stopped him. "Hey, that's my best friend you are making sick." She stood with her hands on her hips, brown curls falling halfway down her back from her high ponytail and her eyes a dark, almost black brown. "Could you put her down? I'd hate for her to be sick on your shorts." She smirked slightly.

Well this was a precarious predicament. Sofia did not expect to be thrown over his strong shoulder and incapacitated by his arm. She wiggled a few times only to find the hold tight and unmoving. "Ian, this is most definitely cheating." Her voice was softer than intended as it was hard to talk when your diaphram's working area was cut in half by a shoulder bone. Right as Sofia went to lift herself up Ian began to spin. This move caused the young woman's arms to wrap tightly around his waist in hopes of not flying off somewhere and ending up in a pile of limbs.
"Ahhhhhh!" The shriek continued for a second after the spinning stop. Sofia had a good shot of the designer tennis shoes standing in front of Ian, and her shakey smile widened. She recognized those shoes. "Anna, I didn't realize you were here." Her arms were still tightly wrapped around her attacker's wasit, and when she realized he made no move to actually put her down, despite Arianna's well placed warning, Sofia decided to take matters in her own hands.
Moving her hands slowly, she slid them delicately across Ian's stomach. Her head tilted so she could wink at her best friend and moved her hands just as easily to Ian's sides. Then she attacked. The inspiration was from her little sister's own weakness, and one could only hope Ian Roberts had ticklish sides.

Ian's chuckling turned into full blown laughter. The kind that he rarely showed. He was actually having fun just flirting with the girl. Which was also a rarety. He spun a few more times before being hit in the shoulder. He turned quickly, seeing a short brunette infront of him. He gave her the quick look over and smirked. "Why Sofia, I think your little friend here wants to join in on the fun."
He went to grab the cute brunette but quickly paused once he felt Sofia's hands traveling down his sides. His breathing quickened softly as he finally came to the conclusion of what she was going to do. He laughed whole-heartedly as Sofia tickled him. "Not...haha... fair....haha!" He couldn't get away from her, for if he dropped her, she would land on her head. And he definitely didn't want that. He danced around a bit, the laughing flowing freely from his lungs.
Ian finally wrapped his free hand around her waist from behind, pulling her around his body and to his front. He grinned sexily, "You know, two can play at that game." He got a tight grasp on her and poked her in the sides a few times.

"Anna! RUN!" Sofia chuckled as she tried to stay in position to keep tickling Ian. The task was not an easy one as he jumped and moved around. There were about six seconds of pure terror that Ian would drop her as she tickled him. When Sof felt a hand moving across her waist her first thought was 'Oh no, he is going to push me off!'
It took just a moment to realize Ian was swinging her around to face him. The first feeling felt was a full breath of oxygen entering her lungs, and it was wonderful. The next was realization of how close the two were. This was dangerous for many reasons on so many levels. For once Sofia did not know what this man-child would do. "Oh Ian, two have been playing that game." Her smile cracked into laughter as he tickled her. It was her turn to wiggle and squirm and try to get away long enough to catch her breath. She moved and thrashed for a minute until it was obvious that wiggling was a fruitless notion as Ian was still as strong as he was when she was over his shoulder, and that was still stronger than her.
Now an Arianna-evil-inspired idea flitted through Sofia's throughly dizzy head. She twisted, still laughing, to put her forehead against Ian's. Her plan started to work as her eyes locked on his for a long moment, and it was like an ocean of blue crashing between the two. His hands slowly stopped tickling her as ferociously and she tilted her head against his. Their mouths were almost touching. Sofia ideally wondered if Ari could see the lightning she swore was there.
Just as their mouths would have met, Sofia pulled back from Ian's finally limp and still arms. She aimed herself at the basket, picked up the ball on the way, and made an easy lay-up. "Yes! Nine to eight!" Giddy still from the tickling and slight electric current, Sofia did a quick spin on toe.

Ari shrieked when Ian made a grab for her. "Don't you dare..." It was Sofia to the rescue though and when she got the sly wink a smirk formed on the brunette's face. He was in for it now. Taking a step back as he squirmed, Ari watched the scene unfold. She didn't step in to help when he began tickling her friend though. That always ended with the help needing rescuing. She'd have to just let Sofia get out of this on her own.
Oh dear god please don't kiss that sleeze ball... Ari could do little more than try and keep a look of pure disgust from forming on her face as Sofia moved precariously close to Ian's lips. She was pretty sure she would have to leave for fear of vomiting on her friend's precious sanctuary floor if they had actually kissed. Sofia just loved to try and give Ari a heart attack didn't she?
Hoping to break the stifling sexual tension, the fashionista tapped her white running shoe. "So how does this game end? What are you playing to? Or are you just going to play until I throw up from the amount of flirting going on here?"
